No matter where you're located—on campus or online—you are part of a mission that transforms lives and makes a difference across the state of Texas and beyond The Facilities Services Coordinator, under general supervision, coordinates and assists with facilities services operations to ensure timeliness and accuracy of deliverables. Supports, develops, and coordinates plans and processes from concept through full implementation. Work hours: Mon-Fri; 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or as work requirements indicate; This position may require work beyond normal business hours, weekends, and holidays; This is an on-site position located in Stephenville, Texas. Serves as a Campus Security Authority (CSA).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in applicable field or equivalent combination of education or experience.
  • Three years of related experience in project coordination/administration.
  • Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet applications, and Adobe software.
  • Knowledge of standard proofreading.
  • Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.
  • Ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Creates reports, summaries, exhibits, presentations and other related materials to aid in decision-making.
  • Monitors and reports on financial activity for assigned projects.
  • Coordinates the development, design, purchase, installation, and implementation as required to meet campus needs.
  • Maintains record keeping with integrity, security, and accuracy.
  • Coordinates and monitors timelines of facilities services activities, processes, and deadlines.
  • Understands and identifies potential stakeholder impacts and develops materials for communication.
  • Communicates concise and accurate information to stakeholder groups.
  • Coordinates with vendors and others in the delivery and support for systems and services.
  • Coordinates multiple work streams to ensure cross-project dependencies and impacts are identified and managed.
  • Ensures compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Assists with forecasting and progress reporting against milestones, budgetary updates, and the change management process.
  • Acts as representative of Campus Operations and as valued member of TSU as part of the A&M system and performs other duties as assigned.
