About The Position

The Facilities Service Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the department on a daily, routine basis. This role works with the department director/manager, administrative team members, and department heads to ensure compliance with goals and objectives established by the hospital corporation. The position requires effective communication, both written and verbal, and the ability to input and retrieve computerized data.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 3 years experience in secretarial duties or Facilities repair & maintenance operations.
  • Proficient with computer software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Preventative Maintenance System, etc).
  • Proficient with computer systems related to Security equipment (ID badge & camera systems).

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Facilities department.
  • Ensure compliance with hospital corporation goals and objectives.
  • Communicate effectively, in writing, verbally, and via telephone, with all levels of personnel and visitors.
  • Input and retrieve computerized data.
