About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Engineering.
• Extensive experience (15+ years) in office building fit-outs and industrial construction.
• Proven ability to write scopes of work and collaborate with A&E firms.
• Strong project management background.
• Demonstrated coachability and genuine interest in facilities work.

• Deep familiarity with government and company compliance standards.
• Experience managing multiple, concurrent facilities projects.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze data on facility specifications, compliance requirements, and project feasibility.
• Prepare detailed bid sheets for construction and facility fit-out projects.
• Review and estimate design costs, including labor, materials, equipment, and installation.
• Develop comprehensive scopes of work and coordinate with A&E firms.
• Support project management through clear documentation and effective stakeholder communication.
• Ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining strict adherence to safety standards.
