About The Position

PRK Williams Companies is looking for a Facilities & Property Manager to oversee maintenance, cleaning, and property management operations across company locations. This leadership role is responsible for maintaining safe, functional, and well-managed properties while developing operational strategies and long-term plans for company assets. The Facilities & Property Manager will lead staff, coordinate vendors and stakeholders, oversee maintenance and property needs, and identify opportunities to improve operations and create value. This position requires a proactive, organized leader with strong knowledge of building maintenance, property management, and team leadership who can balance strategic planning with day-to-day operational needs.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience in property management and/or staff supervision.
  • Understanding of building maintenance, repairs, and construction management processes.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a results-driven, client-focused approach.
  • Ability to build positive relationships and work effectively with residents, vendors, customers, and internal teams.
  • Strong teamwork, composure, and professionalism in a variety of situations.
  • Proficiency with computer programs, including Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to lift materials and stand for extended periods of time.
  • Positive, self-motivated, and proactive approach to the work.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee maintenance, cleaning, and property management activities across company locations while ensuring operations support company goals and business needs.
  • Develop short- and long-term strategies, schedules, processes, and procedures that improve consistency, efficiency, and risk management across locations.
  • Develop and implement long-term asset management plans and an Asset Integrity program to support the safety, effectiveness, and condition of company properties.
  • Retain, coach, and develop team members while setting clear expectations, providing feedback, and promoting accountability and ownership.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders on property needs and larger projects, including gathering bids and preparing estimates.
  • Maintain positive relationships with residents, vendors, customers, and internal departments while ensuring operations align with contractual and partnership expectations.
  • Look for ways to create additional value through property management services and the addition or expansion of services.
  • Oversee inventory and equipment, snow removal, maintenance needs, and compliance with company safety policies and applicable health and safety requirements.
  • Assist with maintenance and property management duties in the field when needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
