About The Position

Facilities Project Manager The Opportunity: As a facilities manager, you understand that relationship-building and keen attention to detail is crucial when overseeing the lifecycle of a project. As an experienced facilities professional at Booz Allen, you can use your client engagement skills to impact projects that will modernize, secure, and create efficiency in IC mission areas. We need someone like you who is eager to work on complex projects that’ll will build and strengthen the development of secure federal facilities. On our team, you’ll manage challenging projects for sensitive missions from beginning to end while collaborating with senior leadership. Using computer-related facilities management software and your problem-solving skills, you’ll oversee a team to develop creative solutions on mission-critical projects in IC community. In this role, you’ll closely impact IC community by helping to design and renovate government spaces. With mentoring, exposure to challenging projects, and opportunities to learn new tools and skills, we focus on growing as a team to make the best solutions for our customers. Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with facilities project management from design to post construction
  • Knowledge of ICD 705 SCIF requirements
  • Ability to manage the execution of a facilities project from design through construction closeout
  • Ability to provide status updates to senior leadership
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Auto CAD, MS Project, or other project management tools
  • Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Analyze, formulate, and recommend facility standards and design and space criteria and usage through space utilization studies and forecasts for clients in IC community.
  • Lead analyses and solution development for facility planning and management for sensitive missions and facility planning solutions.
  • Perform complex activities as related to the control and management of cost, schedule, risk, and resource optimization.
  • Prepare and review facilities estimates and site proposals for client review as to cost and feasibility.
  • Advise IC community clients in developing plans and programs responsive to present and anticipated portfolio, facility, and individual space requirements.
  • Recommend planning, design, and construction standards and milestones.
