About The Position

This role is for a Facilities Project Manager in Indianapolis, Indiana, at the Major General Emmett J. Bean Federal Center, also known as 'Building One'. This facility is a large federal space with a photovoltaic roof system installed in 2011. The position involves performing services for multi-storied/multi-tenant facilities and executive offices, including schedule and unscheduled maintenance and repair of equipment and systems. The role requires contract administration experience and the ability to operate and maintain various building systems such as electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, fire protection, and life safety systems. Experience with building automation control systems, architectural and structural systems, and Service Request Desk Operation is also necessary. Additionally, the role includes managing landscape irrigation systems, egress and access systems, and sanitary sewage/ejector equipment. Custodial and Grounds Maintenance Administration, as well as maintaining historic facilities, are also part of the responsibilities. Requirements

5 Years (within the past seven years) experience in the management and supervision of building mechanical operations and maintenance for buildings

Responsibilities

Perform required services for multi-storied/multi-tenant facilities/executive offices
Perform schedule and unscheduled maintenance and repair of equipment and systems
Contract Administration
Operate and maintain Electrical Systems & Equipment and read schematics
Operate and maintain mechanical, plumbing, Client, HVAC (Boilers, Chillers, AHU's) in commercial buildings
Operate and maintain fire protection and life safety systems and equipment
Experience with building automation control systems such as Client, Niagra Tridium JACE, Public Address, and Computerized Lighting Systems
Operate and maintain architectural and structural systems, fixtures and equipment
Conduct Service Request Desk Operation to include NCMMS
Maintenance of landscape irrigation systems
Operate and maintain egress and access systems to include: Locks, keys, keycard system, vehicle barrier system, static and dynamic bollard systems, dock levelers and bumpers, roll-up and sliding garage doors
Operate and maintain sanitary sewage/ ejector equipment and systems
Custodial and Grounds Maintenance Administration
Maintain or clean facilities designated as Historic by the Historic Building Society and/or contain historic components
