About The Position

We are seeking a versatile Facilities & Compliance Coordinator to provide comprehensive facility management services while ensuring regulatory compliance and supporting project execution. This hybrid role combines operational facility coordination, compliance management, and project support to deliver exceptional service in a critical system environment.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree in facilities management, engineering, business, or related field required
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in facility management, property administration, or compliance
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to maintain professionalism under stressful situations
  • Knowledge of compliance programs, quality management systems, and regulatory requirements
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Project, Teams) and CMMS systems
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask without direct supervision
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to plan and manage work under time constraints and meet deadlines
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate all work order activities, ensuring timely completion and quality execution
  • Oversee vendor and contractor performance to ensure compliance with contractual requirements and client expectations
  • Coordinate scheduling of maintenance activities and service providers to minimize disruption to facility operations
  • Provide direction and information to vendors, facilities staff, and service providers to ensure excellent coordination and execution of work
  • Monitor vendor compliance with all regulating entities and organizational standards
  • Act as primary liaison between facility operations team, vendors, and clients
  • Maintain all infrastructure and compliance documentation for the facility to ensure regulatory compliance with contractual, procedural, federal, state, or local law requirements
  • Manage and update compliance policies and procedures, including notifying Engineering of changes to SOPs and EOPs
  • Coordinate reporting of compliance activities completed by in-house staff and third-party partners
  • Support training compliance programs and work with HSSE manager to develop training materials on compliance topics
  • Support leadership team in achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and service level agreement goals
  • Support project schedules and coordinate maintenance activities with minimal disruption
  • Coordinate necessary due diligence efforts and maintain appropriate documentation
