About The Position

To support our growing facilities organization, we are looking to add a Facilities, Program Manager located in Buffalo Grove, IL. Reporting to the Sr. Facilities Manager, the Facilities Program Manager supports the planning, coordination, execution, and reporting of facilities projects. The position emphasizes program coordination, budgeting support, cross-functional communication, reporting, and assisting in project delivery from initiation through closeout.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience supporting facilities, construction, program/project management activities or planning activities.
  • Working knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, and CapEx/OpEx processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work onsite in Buffalo Grove, IL and travel occasionally to other locations.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams or vendors preferred.
  • Familiarity with project or program management tools (e.g., MS Project) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop project schedules, financial parameters, and requirements from initiation through closeout
  • Prepare and distribute status and process reports, track facilities projects for the site
  • Prepare program reports and executive‑level presentations
  • Ensure effective communication with internal teams and vendors
  • Track and manage project budgets for facilities and development activities
  • Assist with CapEx and OpEx reviews, approvals, and reporting
  • Serve as a liaison between teams and management to resolve issues and drive execution
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with Facilities, Program Management, Operations, and other teams
  • Lead projects and work with the internal team on continuous improvement projects
  • POC for Office projects and arrangements
  • Assists in the planning and execution of logistics for company meetings, special events, and other promotional events.
  • Participates in the optimization of processes (productivity, service, ergonomics and safety).
  • Participates and assists in the organization of Kaizen workshops.
