About The Position

Provide 24/7 coverage at the corporate office and maintain a safe, secure environment for employees, visitors, and property. Monitor access points, patrol the premises, respond to incidents and alarms, and enforce company safety and security policies using clear communication and a customer-focused approach. This position can work between 7AM and 6PM. This position will only work 40 hours a week, and will have a set schedule. However, there may be times where you are asked to flex and work different hours then your set schedule, or work overtime if you choose. This posting is specifically for a 9:30AM to 6PM shift, Monday through Friday. Due to the duties and responsibilities of this position, a Motor Vehicle Report and Criminal Background Check may be ordered on final candidates.

Excellent written and verbal communication
Professional and courteous customer service demeanor
Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure
Basic knowledge of security protocols and emergency response
Ability to operate and access control systems
Conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques
Time management and ability to work independently or as part of a team
Ability to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without a reasonable accommodation
