The FTD Facilities Operations Manager leads all ORAU Maintenance and Custodial Department operations, including planning and scheduling maintenance work, managing preventive maintenance programs, supervising staff and subcontractors, and overseeing service contracts and facility systems such as WorxHub and BMS. This role ensures high-quality customer service, operational efficiency, safety compliance, and effective employee performance, training, and development. The manager also supports budgeting, inventory control, troubleshooting, and tracking departmental goals while ensuring compliance with Department of Energy (DOE) and other facility requirements.
