About The Position
As Facilities Operations Manager – Mechanical, you will lead the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of mission-critical mechanical systems supporting OCI data centers. Reporting to the Site Operations Director, this role owns mechanical plant operations, maintenance execution, vendor performance, operational readiness, and technician leadership across cooling and HVAC infrastructure. You will oversee the operation and maintenance of systems such as chillers, cooling towers, pumps, CRAHs, AHUs, CDUs, fan walls, and associated controls, ensuring uptime is protected and work is executed safely, consistently, and to Oracle standards. This role is focused on day-to-day plant operations and service execution rather than long-range design authority. Requirements
- Experience in leading the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of mission-critical mechanical systems.
- Experience in mechanical plant operations, maintenance execution, vendor performance, operational readiness, and technician leadership.
- Experience with cooling and HVAC infrastructure, including systems such as chillers, cooling towers, pumps, CRAHs, AHUs, CDUs, fan walls, and associated controls.
- Focus on day-to-day plant operations and service execution.
