About The Position

FormFactor is seeking a Facilities Operations & Maintenance Supervisor to support our advanced semiconductor manufacturing facility in Farmers Branch, Texas. This role is responsible for supervising hourly facilities technicians across multiple shifts, ensuring reliable, safe, and compliant operation of facility and utility systems that support semiconductor manufacturing and cleanroom operations. The ideal candidate brings hands-on semiconductor facilities experience, strong people leadership, and the ability to drive consistent execution in a fast‑paced, high‑reliability manufacturing environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or equivalent work experience

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting new fab or manufacturing site ramp‑ups.
  • Familiarity with CMMS systems and preventive maintenance programs.
  • Technical certification or associate degree in a related field (mechanical, electrical, facilities, or industrial systems).
  • Degree in a related field (mechanical, electrical, facilities, or industrial systems).
  • Experience working in a union‑free, high‑reliability manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead a team of hourly facilities technicians supporting 24/7 manufacturing operations across multiple shifts.
  • Ensure reliable operation and preventive maintenance of critical semiconductor facility systems, including HVAC and cleanroom environmental controls, Electrical distribution and backup power systems.
  • Process utilities (PCW, UPW, CDA, vacuum, gases, wastewater, etc.).
  • Coordinate daily work assignments, shift handoffs, and on‑call coverage to support manufacturing uptime; ensure 247 facilities operation coverage.
  • Partner with Facilities Engineering, Manufacturing, EHS, and Equipment teams to troubleshoot issues, minimize downtime, and support production goals.
  • Enforce compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements (OSHA, EPA, local codes, and internal standards).
  • Establish preventative maintenance plans and frequencies for all facilities equipment.
  • Support and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities using CMMS systems.
  • Coach, train, and develop technicians; conduct performance feedback and support skill progression.
  • Monitor contractor work to ensure safety, quality, and adherence to site standards.
  • Support audits, inspections, and emergency response activities as needed.
  • Drive a culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
