The Facilities Manager will be responsible for overseeing the building and grounds maintenance needs, ensuring the proper operation of all equipment and systems, and managing department budgets. This role involves coaching and developing the Facilities team, driving associate engagement, and upholding Topgolf’s Core Values. The Facilities Manager will also ensure that all safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures are followed, and that all relevant city, county, state, and federal regulations are met.
