In this role, you will manage various functions to ensure optimal performance and compliance across all sites. You will also conduct technical and mechanical work that demonstrates our commitment to excellence in property management. As a Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing building operations and maintenance for a portfolio of affordable residential properties primarily located in Northern CA and surrounding areas. We are seeking a candidate who has prior experience in and knowledge of affordable housing and applicable knowledge of HUD-REAC/NSPIRE inspections is required. In this position, you will be a pivotal leader and professional representative of our company, embodying our Core Values and driving our goals forward. You will assist in managing a dedicated team of Maintenance Supervisors, Technicians and Janitors, guiding them to deliver exceptional results and create a welcoming environment for all residents.
