ILWU Federal Credit Union has been serving members of the International Longshore and Warehouse Union and their families for over 60 years. We are currently searching for a Facilities Manager to support six (6) locations covering Southern & Northern California, Hawaii, and Oregon. The Facilities Manager is a newly created position and will be located on-site at our Long Beach headquarters. The Facilities Manager will oversee all ILWU Credit Union properties, facilities, office service operations and maintenance. This position will work closely with Senior Management, vendors, contractors, and government agencies on projects that involve the placement, expansion, renovation, or closure of Credit Union facilities, and will ensure all locations operate effectively and efficiently through effective planning, scheduling, and oversite of all building maintenance.
