About The Position

The Facilities Building and Grounds Manager provides leadership, direction, and operational oversight for the Facilities Utility Associate team at the Mountain Top, Pennsylvania site. This role is responsible for the overall maintenance, safety, functionality, and appearance of the facility and its surrounding grounds. The Manager oversees Utility Associates, manages shipping and receiving operations, coordinates contractor activities, and ensures all facilities and grounds remain clean, and compliant with organizational standards. This position requires regular collaboration with Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Management, Security, Safety, and Environmental teams.
