Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in facilities management, workplace operations, or a related corporate environment.
  • Prior experience leading or supervising a small team (directly or in a lead capacity) in a service delivery environment.
  • Experience coordinating vendors and service providers with a focus on service quality and responsiveness.
  • Strong customer service mindset with the ability to communicate professionally at all levels.
  • Demonstrated organizational and problem-solving skills with ability to plan and manage within budget and time constraints
  • Familiarity with various building systems and ability to multitask while working without direct supervision
  • Experience with CMMS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong written, verbal, and people skills with collaborative management style
  • Understanding of safety procedures, preventive maintenance programs, and continuous improvement methodologies

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in a multi-building campus or operationally complex environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily facility on-site operations including maintenance and vendor relationships to ensure optimal building performance
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to extend asset life and minimize operational disruptions
  • Oversee budget planning and expense management for assigned properties, identifying opportunities for cost savings
  • Conduct regular facility inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards
  • Coordinate with client and building occupants to address concerns and maintain high satisfaction levels
  • Lead and mentor facility team members in delivering exceptional service while supporting their professional development
  • Collaborate across JLL teams to implement innovative facility management solutions that enhance client value
