About The Position

North Star Community Credit Union is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to lead facility projects and operations across its multiple locations. This role is for someone who can manage the big picture while staying connected to the details, including leading contractors, coordinating schedules and budgets, visiting project sites, and ensuring projects are completed from start to finish. The ideal candidate is a project-minded professional with hands-on experience who takes pride in turning plans into results.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in facilities, construction, maintenance, skilled trades, project management, or a related field.
• Experience coordinating contractors, vendors, projects, budgets, or building systems.
• Strong judgment, organization, communication, and follow-through.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and keep projects on track.
• Willingness to travel regularly between North Star locations.

Responsibilities

• Facility renovations, repairs, maintenance, construction, and improvement projects.
• Contractors, vendors, bids, budgets, schedules, and project timelines.
• Facility inspections, planning, preventative maintenance, and building systems.
• Grounds, snow removal, janitorial services, and other facility needs.
• Facility priorities and projects from planning through completion.
