Facilities Manager

The Facilities Manager is responsible for ensuring that the Community is safe for residents and staff, attractive and well maintained, and operating within the Community maintenance budget.
Requirements
- Proficiency in basic carpentry, painting, electrical, and plumbing
- Must have valid driver’s license
- Must meet all health requirements and pass background checks
Nice To Haves
- Relevant work experience (2+ years preferred)
Responsibilities
- Ensuring that the Community is safe for residents and staff
- Ensuring that the Community is attractive and well maintained
- Operating within the Community maintenance budget
- Performing preventative maintenance on all building equipment
- Ability to perform resident room renovation
