The Facilities Manager is responsible for ensuring that the Community is safe for residents and staff, attractive and well maintained, and operating within the Community maintenance budget.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in basic carpentry, painting, electrical, and plumbing
  • Must have valid driver’s license
  • Must meet all health requirements and pass background checks

Nice To Haves

  • Relevant work experience (2+ years preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring that the Community is safe for residents and staff
  • Ensuring that the Community is attractive and well maintained
  • Operating within the Community maintenance budget
  • Performing preventative maintenance on all building equipment
  • Ability to perform resident room renovation
