About The Position

JLL is seeking Casual Facilities Managers for various portfolios or locations where clients do not have embedded staff. This role supports Client Account teams in managing service contracts, budgets, and tenant liaison. The position involves supporting clients with their obligations under the Management Agreement. This role is ideal for individuals looking to apply their experience to the real estate industry and contribute to shaping a brighter future.

Requirements

  • Exceptional interpersonal & customer service skills
  • Degree in Facilities Management, Building, or other related fields
  • A few years’ experience in facilities management
  • Soft service or technical skills in understanding commercial facilities management
  • OH&S knowledge
  • Vendor management skills
  • Basic understanding of the technical aspects of property
  • Ability to manage external providers
  • Ability to liaise with internal stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficiency in Excel & Word

  • Experience working across remote sites
  • Experience working with an FM software platform
