About The Position

That’s why we need you, a seasoned professional who knows how to analyze every aspect of your customer’s operations and use your expertise to guide efforts at giving them the roadmap to becoming the organization they envision. As a leader on our team, you’ll oversee the development of an overall picture of your client’s current structure, day-to-day operations, and outcomes in a manner that they may not have thought of before. You’ll lead discussions and workshops with stakeholders that will help your team identify the elements that work best in their environment and the areas for improvement. Once you have a thorough understanding of where and how the organization can improve, you will advise your client on a path forward. This is a chance to broaden your experience in facilities management while making an impact with your expertise. Requirements

8+ years of experience providing facilities advisory services
Experience delivering facility management capabilities for the Department of the Interior
Ability to oversee a team conducting facility condition and financial analyses
Public Trust
Bachelor’s degree in business or science field
PMP Certification

Nice To Haves

Experience working with Microsoft Power Platform
Master's degree
Training development and evaluation Certification

Responsibilities

Oversee the development of an overall picture of your client’s current structure, day-to-day operations, and outcomes.
Lead discussions and workshops with stakeholders to identify elements that work best in their environment and areas for improvement.
Advise your client on a path forward based on a thorough understanding of where and how the organization can improve.
Manage a team, setting workloads, and driving performance.
Manage a contract, serving as the client's point of contact, overseeing contract financials, and working with subcontractors.
Oversee a team conducting facility condition and financial analyses.
