About The Position
Skilled Manufacturing Assignment to Hire Position – Facilities Maintenance Job Location – Sun Prairie Starting Date – Immediate Employment Term – Temp-to-Hire, Direct Hire Employment Type – Full-Time Work Hours (Shift) – Day Shift (6:00am – 6:00pm) Starting Pay – Depends on Experience, $20 - $25 per hour Benefits – Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus Required Education – High School Diploma/GED Required Experience – At least 1 year of experience Responsibilities Perform exterior grounds maintenance (mowing, trimming, snow/ice removal). Operate and maintain floor-cleaning equipment and keep interior production areas clean and safe. Assist with fluid checks, oil changes, coolant replacement, and lubrication tasks. Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues such as leaks or lubrication failures. Operate and maintain facility equipment (lawnmowers, snow-removal machinery, pressure washers, etc.). Support electro-mechanical technicians with facility repairs and projects. Contribute to 6S and Lean initiatives to improve facility efficiency. Qualifications Mechanically inclined; enjoys hands-on work with tools and equipment. Strong problem-solver with curiosity to learn. Dependable and detail-oriented. Team player with a positive, can-do attitude. Grounds, facilities, or industrial mechanical experience preferred. Forklift experience is a plus (we can train).
