The ideal candidate must be outgoing, enthusiastic, self-motivated, punctual and personable.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years specified trade experience.
• Must be outgoing, enthusiastic, self-motivated, punctual and personable.
• Must be able to solely and safely lift and move materials of up to approximately 50 lbs.
• Must maintain a current and valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record as established by the Company's insurance provider.
• Must read and comprehend instructions and information, both orally and in writing.
• Must be able to effectively communicate.

Nice To Haves

• HVAC experience
• Carpentry experience
• Electrical experience

Responsibilities

• Complete all specified maintenance work assigned by Facilities Management personnel.
• Review plans, specifications etc. for new or ongoing construction projects or renovations for the company.
• Perform troubleshooting and replacement of malfunctioning equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance work, as assigned.
• Solely and safely lift and move materials of up to approximately 50 lbs.
• Maintain a current and valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record as established by the Company's insurance provider.
• Read and comprehend instructions and information, both orally and in writing.
• Effectively communicate.
