About The Position

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience
- Basic to moderate knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems
- Valid driver’s license
Responsibilities
- Execute day-to-day maintenance and repairs
- Support remodeling and construction projects
- Help maintain safe, orderly grounds
