Requirements
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general building systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment efficiently.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems and mechanical equipment.
- Identify and address maintenance issues proactively to prevent disruptions.
- Manage and maintain the cleanliness and safety of the facility, including grounds and parking areas.
- Coordinate with contractors and service providers as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report issues to management.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
