About The Position

Performs routine and major facility maintenance activities to ensure the safe, functional, and efficient operation of City facilities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Any combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities may be considered.
• Valid Texas Class "C" Drivers License with a good driving record.

Nice To Haves

• 4+ years of related maintenance and repair experience, including troubleshooting building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.) (for Tech II)
• 6+ years of HVAC, plumbing, or electrical related maintenance and repair experience preferred (for Tech III)
• Completion of certified trade school program in lieu of license is preferred (for Tech II)
• Maintain an HVAC Freon Recovery License (for Tech III)
• Carry a current license for HVAC, Plumbing or Electrical through TDLR (for Tech III)
