We’re hiring Facilities Maintenance Technicians to Live. Work. Explore. this summer! Maintenance Technicians must have general maintenance skills necessary for repairs and preservation of historic buildings. Ideal candidate will have excellent customer service, a keen eye for details, and focused problem solving.

Requirements

  • Proficient in all guest-facing facility repairs (faucet leaks, loose fixtures, faulty windows and doors, wall repair and paint).
  • Effective communication with manager of needs when a repair is out of immediate ability to complete.
  • Skillful with all common hand tools and power tools.
  • Most locations may require Maintenance Associates to have a valid U.S. driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Hospitality Facility Maintenance preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance repairs and tasks on historical buildings.
  • Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems.
  • Provide, with Professional Demeanor, excellent customer service to our guests and staff.
  • Follow Company and departmental environmental practices, safety practices, and policies and procedures.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.
