Requirements

• U.S. Citizen or Legal Permanent Resident as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) due to ITAR and EAR regulations.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read, interpret, and follow blueprints, isometric drawings, work orders, written procedures, and other technical documentation.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, follow process instructions, and monitor machine controllers.
• Consistent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Must work well under pressure, meeting and completing multiple deadlines.
• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality, which are essential functions of this role.
• Must be at work on time and maintain good attendance.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining the manufacturing facilities, grounds, and equipment in good working order.
• Overseeing, directing, and working with the facilities maintenance team on a daily basis, including scheduling and working with the team to complete all projects, maintenance requests, and repairs in a timely manner.
• Maintaining a high level of customer service to all entities within the company.
• Installing drywall, laminate, concrete, and other materials.
• Constructing walls, finishes, and trim.
• Installing and repairing plumbing, vacuum lines, and air lines.
• Maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing mills, compressors, CNC machines, waterjets, ovens, autoclaves, forklifts, and overhead cranes.
• Communicating with leadership to keep downtime of equipment to a minimum.
• Maintaining facility grounds to an orderly standard, which may include landscaping, seasonal salting/sanding, and snow removal.
• Hardware installation such as door handles, hinges, locks, etc., as well as assembling and moving furniture.
• Ordering materials and tooling as needed, and maintaining min/max of critical spares.
• Operating equipment such as aerial lifts, forklifts, and backhoes.
• Adhering to JI Safety, HazMat, and JI Policies.
• Working well both independently and with others.
• Working well under pressure, meeting and completing multiple deadlines.
• Maintaining reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
