The Maintenance Technician is responsible for developing foundational skills in electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems. The technician will work under the supervision of senior staff to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment while adhering to safety standards. This role involves performing routine preventive maintenance, learning to diagnose issues with motor control systems, circuits, and wiring, and working with pneumatic and mechanical systems to identify and resolve basic issues. Accurate completion of maintenance logs and work orders, along with ensuring compliance with GMP, FDA, OSHA, and other regulatory requirements, are key aspects of this position. The technician must adhere to company safety requirements, particularly around electrical work, and maintain regular attendance.
