About The Position
Culpeper Wellness Foundation is seeking a part-time skilled and dependable Facilities Maintenance Technician to maintain facilities, grounds, equipment, aquatic systems, and building infrastructure across multiple locations, including recreation centers, healthcare facilities, office buildings, and commercial properties. This hands-on role performs preventive maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, inspections, aquatic systems maintenance, and facility improvement projects to ensure safe, functional, and welcoming environments.
Requirements
- Experience in facility or property maintenance.
- Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general building systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and complete a broad range of maintenance tasks independently.
- Strong organization skills.
