This role involves performing a wide range of repairs and improvements to the facility, including painting, plumbing, minor electrical work, ceiling tiles, flooring, concrete, office cubicles, lighting, storage racks, drywall, emergency lighting, and common grounds maintenance. The technician will also be responsible for preventative and planned maintenance on various equipment, assisting with repairs on large compressors, processing oily water from separators, and maintaining compressor operations. The position requires the ability to use cutting equipment like oxy/acetylene torches, a basic understanding of waste-water control systems, reverse osmosis systems, and process management. Additionally, the role involves safe lifting operations using rigging equipment, air hoists, and cranes, assisting with general maintenance tasks such as equipment pickup and delivery, stocking parts, filling out logistical forms, maintaining inventory, and organizing storage areas. Adherence to safety procedures like lock-out/tag-out and confined space training, along with wearing proper protective equipment, is mandatory.
