About The Position

CaptiveAire is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to ensure the health and safety of its buildings. This role involves a variety of maintenance tasks, operational support, and ensuring facilities are well-kept. Requirements

Driver's license with a clean record.
Proficiency with hand tools and power tools.
Ability to lift heavy loads (50+ pounds), stand for long periods, walk, and climb ladders.
Problem-solving skills with minimal oversight.
Attention to detail, organizational skills, clear concise communication.
Ability to use technology.
Ability to prioritize tasks and plan ahead.
Ability to travel out of state locations.

Responsibilities

Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on walls, roofs, doors, flooring, plumbing, HVAC, general carpentry, electrical, and playgrounds.
Maintain grounds and facilities through sweeping, pressure washing, and cleaning dumpster enclosures.
Provide operational support including inventory management, moving and building furniture, and installations.
Complete reactive work orders in multiple locations.
Pick up and distribute swag, consumables, literature, and parts.
Assist with event setup.
Label safety and building fixtures.
