Requirements

Responsibilities
- Record and log maintenance, repairs, and inspections
- Dig, sweep, shovel, and pressure wash as needed
- Perform general facility cleaning and painting
- Perform general maintenance duties
- Assist in the installation of new and relocation of existing equipment including dismantling, erection, leveling, fitting, and aligning operations
- Respond to daily facilities work orders and work on special projects
- Install and make repairs to interior walls, tile, carpet, and coverings made of various materials
- Install and make repairs to various hardware, including but not limited to door closures and cylindrical locks
