About The Position

The Facilities Maintenance Technician is responsible for providing the highest level of service and maintenance to assigned facilities in order to keep utilities and equipment in optimum operating condition.

Requirements

  • Minimum four years' related experience.
  • High mechanical aptitude.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent driving record.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work additional hours to meet demands.
  • Ability to occasionally operate heavy machinery in a safe manner.
  • High school diploma or GED.

Nice To Haves

  • Professional electrician’s license
  • HVAC trade certification

Responsibilities

  • Providing the highest level of service and maintenance to assigned facilities.
  • Keeping utilities and equipment in optimum operating condition.
  • Troubleshoot and perform mechanical repairs of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and carpentry.
  • Positively interact with supervisor and understand problems and concerns relating to a repair.
  • Promote a positive customer experience.
