Successful Candidates for this role: Provide timely and detailed preventative maintenance on highly technical facilities equipment. Deliver efficient and skilled response to restore equipment to service as soon as possible, in the event of a system failure. Identify and respond according to alarm conditions. Provide effective and timely support to resolve equipment issues. Identify and resolve chronic equipment alarm issues. Identify and reduce equipment defects to improve quality and enhance system stability. Maintain records on testing and calibrations of equipment. Assist with installation, modification, repair and removal of facilities equipment. Provide a high level of service with strong customer focus and build effective relationships with supported teams. Use AI-powered tools daily to improve troubleshooting, diagnostics, documentation, data analysis, and maintenance planning. Leverage AI to analyze equipment trends, identify failure patterns, support root cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions. Use AI-assisted tools to develop procedures, generate technical documentation, summarize maintenance activities, and improve knowledge management. Apply AI and advanced analytics to improve reliability, calibration management, AI Assistant predictive maintenance, and operational efficiency. Generative AI
