About The Position
Performs all duties of the Facilities Maintenance Technician I with increased responsibility and independence. Troubleshoots and repairs building systems, coordinates vendor services, manages key control functions, and responds to maintenance requests. Works under moderate supervision.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Five (5) years of experience in basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC and building maintenance
Nice To Haves
- Complete OSHA 30 General Industry Safety certification within six (6) months of hire
