About The Position

Kokosing Construction is looking to expand our Facility Maintenance Team with a qualified individual to support our buildings in Ohio and the surrounding states. 1st shift 6:30am – 3pm with some overtime Some travel is required with some overnight stay. New team member must be highly motivated and self-disciplined to complete tasks, make decisions on their own and fully support the need of each division to keep facilities fully functional. Non-Union position

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• HVAC and controls – Boilers – Plumbing – General carpentry
• Electrical experience required with 1 & 3 phase
• Must be able to pass a drug test
• Must have a clean driving record
• Meticulous attention to details
• Able to communicate with other team members and report directly to the Facility Manager with accurate details
• Read and understand drawings, blueprints and equipment specifications
• General math skills, computers, welding, hand tools
• Must be able to maintain high level of awareness for a busy project work environment

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and repairing: Heating/Ventilation and Cooling Systems
• Electricity 120V 1-phase to 480V 3-phase troubleshooting and repair
• Plumbing installations and repairs
• Garage door repairs
• General building repairs
• Security, fire suppression systems, building security and access
