About The Position
We are seeking a stellar Maintenance Tech to join our team at a large senior living community! Come join a team of dedicated, smart, and caring professionals as they work together to care for our seniors and provide them the lifestyle they deserve. Our Maintenance Director oversees keeping our residents living areas well-kept and serviced to high standards. You should also be able to resolve resident complaint and queries promptly and in a polite manner. You are the right candidate if you are pleasant, detail-oriented and friendly.
Requirements
- Requires two years of related maintenance experience and some formal training in one or all of the following areas: carpentry, plumbing, painting, HVAC, refurbishing and cleaning.
Responsibilities
- Performs general maintenance work on a daily basis, including but not limited to, replacing light bulbs, repairing electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliances.
- Prepares resident rooms for new occupants by painting, cleaning carpets and general maintenance
- Maintains the grounds by mowing, sweeping, and trimming trees and shrubs, or other activities, such that the outside grounds are always presentable.
