About The Position

As our Facilities Maintenance Specialist, you will design, implement, and oversee Article's multi-site facilities maintenance program across our fulfillment centers, retail stores, office environments, and future physical locations. This role is critical for keeping our physical infrastructure running safely, smoothly, and efficiently as Article expands its retail store presence and warehousing network. You will own facility standards, preventative maintenance frameworks, vendor governance, and equipment reliability, bridging the gap between day-to-day warehouse machinery and broader facility operations. You will move us from spreadsheets to modern computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS), building scalable maintenance playbooks to ensure our fulfillment centers and retail stores operate seamlessly. Within your first few months, you'll focus on our Jacksonville fulfillment center, taking governance of work order platforms, establishing material handling equipment maintenance plans, and aligning vendor contracts. Within a year, you will have streamlined facilities operations, established clear service SLAs, mitigated operational risks, and built a scalable maintenance foundation for Article's North American growth.

  • Manage Facilities Financials & Budgets: Develop annual maintenance budget inputs, track portfolio spend, evaluate repair-versus-replace options, and authorize routine expenditures within delegated approval limits.
