Requirements

  • Ability to perform tasks on the computer including working with Microsoft 360, Excel, Word and other basic programs.
  • Valid driver’s license, auto insurance coverage and reliable transportation.
  • Pass criminal background check and other regulatory checks.
  • Provide proof of your education.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Must have working knowledge of repair procedures for walls, flooring, windows, doors, and installation of hardware.
  • Must have a working knowledge of painting, plumbing, refrigeration, electrical repairs and maintenance, minor commercial HVAC repairs and knowledge of HVAC components.
  • Working knowledge of TPO roof maintenance, refrigeration, auto mechanics, yard work techniques, and related tools.
  • Must have experience in securing contractors for outsourcing and have knowledge of pricing for purchase order requests.

Responsibilities

  • Performs preventative, routine, and emergency maintenance on all homes/facilities/offices, and related equipment to ensure safe and sanitary operations in compliance with safety codes and OSHA regulations.
  • Participates in general cleaning, painting, and repair work.
  • Performs light plumbing on toilets, sinks, shower/tubs, and other as needed.
  • Performs preventative maintenance as needed.
  • Checks building at beginning and end of shifts.
  • Makes carpentry, electrical, mechanical and plumbing repairs.
  • Assists in pest control as required.
  • Picks up and delivers supplies and materials to rooms.
  • May complete purchase order ensuring receipt is obtained.
