Requirements
- High school diploma required.
- Less than one year of relevant experience.
- Basic Life Support certification required.
- Basic maintenance, troubleshooting, and safety knowledge.
- Ability to climb ladders, work in confined spaces, perform physical work, and occasionally lift more than 50 pounds.
- Ability to work 2nd shift, Monday - Friday and other times as needed.
Responsibilities
- Complete preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance work orders.
- Troubleshoot basic electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, lighting, and structural issues.
- Perform minor carpentry, painting, and wall repairs.
- Inspect and maintain facility equipment and emergency systems.
- Support fire, life-safety, and regulatory compliance activities.
- Maintain safe work areas and collaborate with facilities team members.
