About The Position

The Nutrition Group, founded in 1975, is a full-service food and facilities management company. Their family of support services includes K-12 Meal Services, Commissary, Custodial and Maintenance Management, Business and Industry, and Consulting. Facilities Management Systems (FMS), a company of The Nutrition Group operating since 1986, specializes in Custodial and Maintenance Management. This role involves leadership and supervision of custodial and/or maintenance staff, staffing analysis, securing vendor bids and specifications, ordering supplies/equipment, safety awareness/training, and daily communication with school directors and/or administration.

Requirements

  • Facilities Management experience
  • Building & Grounds experience
  • HVAC, Plumbing, Carpentry, Electric knowledge
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Computer Proficiency
  • Must obtain clearances and pass criminal background checks

Responsibilities

  • Leadership and supervision of custodial &/or maintenance staff
