This fresh chapter brings renewed energy and the chance to help shape a one-of-a-kind dining and entertainment destination. Now hiring for all positions, we’d love to meet you! Pinstripes is known for attracting exceptional people who are passionate about service. Our Venues are dynamic in layout and design; no two Pinstripes are the same. We generally host hundreds of guests each week in our Bistro, Bowling, Bocce, or Bar areas. We also host and execute numerous events a week, from corporate small happy hours, to social gatherings, to seated coursed dinners. We're looking for a Facility Maintenance Manager to ensure our facility runs smoothly. You'll work closely with both Front of House (FOH) Managers and Back of House (BOH) Chefs, reporting directly to the General Manager. We need someone proactive, ready to take charge and constantly find ways to improve our venue.

Requirements

  • Experience or willingness to learn about maintenance tasks.
  • Good communication skills for managing expenses with the General Manager.
  • Organizational skills to set and achieve goals.
  • Ability to maintain cleanliness in work areas.
  • Physical ability to lift heavy objects.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
  • Must be 21 years old and over.

Nice To Haves

  • Directly relevant experience to bowling mechanics may be considered for a higher compensation.

Responsibilities

  • Create daily checklists for lane maintenance.
  • Keep detailed logs of daily tasks.
  • Quickly fix any lane issues.
  • Work with the General Manager to plan maintenance tasks.
  • Keep the building exterior clean and well-maintained.
  • Check inventory and restock supplies as needed.
  • Monitor stock levels and order parts as necessary.
  • Regularly maintain kitchen equipment.
  • Plan maintenance tasks with the Executive Chef.
  • Perform routine HVAC maintenance.
  • Replace filters when needed.
  • Schedule tasks for Maintenance Assistants.
  • Communicate with vendors for project planning and invoicing.
