About The Position

The Facilities Maintenance Manager oversees facilities maintenance operations involving mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in facilities maintenance operations, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• At least 3 years of experience in a maintenance supervision or managerial role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage or coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of budgeting and financial management in a maintenance context.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Proficiency with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS), Microsoft Office, and Google Suites.
• Proficiency with building automation system controls.
• Experience with large HVAC replacement and retrocommissioning projects.
• Experience in hiring and firing and contract negotiation.
