And this is where you come in. You will be the backbone of the stadium. How? You will be responsible for upholding the stadiums back of house; creating an iconic experience for our fans.

Requirements

  • Preferred minimum 2-year experience in facility maintenance including basic electrical & plumbing diagnostics/repair
  • Have the flexibility to occasionally respond to ‘off-hour’ emergency situations & resident concerns
  • Be a team player in an atmosphere of mutual respect
  • Experience managing budgets of varying size
  • Ability & motivation to work independently
  • Positive attitude; effective communication skills
  • Provide a valid drivers license & have reliable transportation
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs of Word and Excel

Responsibilities

  • Identify improvement projects for stadium; solicit competitive pricing, obtain necessary approvals
  • Work to ensure maintenance functions are performed properly & promptly.
  • Complete & follow up on all open service tickets
  • Use of general maintenance equipment including but not limited to: hand tools, ladders, landscaping equipment & required safety equipment; all equipment must be utilized according to safety guidelines
  • Inspect grounds, buildings, and other community features daily to identify required maintenance tasks, minimize liability concerns and ensure excellent curb appeal at all times
  • Perform and/or manage improvements and repairs on HVAC, electrical & plumbing systems
  • Managing any safety concerns throughout the ballpark
  • Work with and generate relationships with contractors & regulators
