About The Position

Pohanka Automotive Group is looking for a Facilities Maintenance and Lot Stewart to join our maintenance team. This role involves assisting with the maintenance of company facilities and lots to ensure a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment. The position requires maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of dealership lots, sidewalks, and common areas, and supporting the maintenance team with daily tasks and special projects. Seasonal duties such as snow removal, leaf cleanup, and general property upkeep are also part of the role.

Requirements

No prior experience required – we are willing to train the right candidate.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn.
Ability to perform physical work, including lifting, bending, walking, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
Valid driver's license required
