This role ensures the facility operates efficiently, safely, and in compliance with all applicable regulations. The Facilities Maintenance Lead will serve as the primary point of contact for facility-related maintenance issues for both Millville and Rosenhayn locations.

Requirements

Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
Proficient with maintenance management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Problem-solving and resource coordination abilities.
Self-directed and able to handle ambiguity.
Valid driver’s license required.
High school diploma or equivalent required; technical school or associate degree in a related field preferred.
5+ years of experience in facilities maintenance, with at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and resolve facility issues, including grounds, lighting, plumbing, and other as required
Work within compliance to safety, health, and environmental regulations and company standards.
Oversee facility repairs, renovations, and upgrades with external contractors as needed.
Assist in preparing and managing the facilities maintenance budget.
Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors for specialized repairs or services.
Respond to emergency maintenance requests and participate in on-call rotation as needed.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
