This role ensures the facility operates efficiently, safely, and in compliance with all applicable regulations. The Facilities Maintenance Lead will serve as the primary point of contact for facility-related maintenance issues for both Millville and Rosenhayn locations.

Requirements

  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
  • Proficient with maintenance management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Problem-solving and resource coordination abilities.
  • Self-directed and able to handle ambiguity.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical school or associate degree in a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in facilities maintenance, with at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve facility issues, including grounds, lighting, plumbing, and other as required
  • Work within compliance to safety, health, and environmental regulations and company standards.
  • Oversee facility repairs, renovations, and upgrades with external contractors as needed.
  • Assist in preparing and managing the facilities maintenance budget.
  • Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors for specialized repairs or services.
  • Respond to emergency maintenance requests and participate in on-call rotation as needed.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
