Hensley Beverage Company maintains an annual event calendar with hundreds of events, supporting communities and organizations throughout Arizona and New Mexico. We are seeking a Facilities Specialist to join our facilities department in New Mexico. Maintain and service Hensley Beverage buildings at a high level to optimize the quality of the products stored in the facilities. Will perform general property and building maintenance duties including plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and general upkeep.

Requirements

• Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• Good communication skills and cheerful disposition
• Must be able to work well with others
• Frequently required to work on a ladder
• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Responsibilities

• General building and property maintenance
• Basic plumbing, electrical, drywall/painting, etc.
• General cleaning of the property
• Coordinate and manage 3rd party contractors doing on-site work
• Work with on-site and corporate management to coordinate repairs and maintenance.
• Adhere to trade safety and environmental safety
• Perform other duties as assigned
