Colton RV & Marine is seeking a passionate Part-Time Facilities Janitorial Associate for our North Tonawanda, NY Dealership! We need someone that is dependable, a team player, and that doesn't mind a hard day’s work with a team of people that appreciate what you do! Requirements

Janitorial and/or Housekeeping experience required
Ability to work independently
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
Valid Drivers' License with a clean driving record

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or GED preferred

Responsibilities

Clean all restrooms, fill paper products
Dry mop show room, Vacuum carpets and area rugs
Dry mop parts store, Vacuum area rugs
Wet mop floors as needed
Empty trash cans throughout dealership; includes several offices
Monitor/remove trash at dealership campground, dump stations and surrounding building
General housekeeping to include periodic cleaning of windows
Maintain cleanliness of exterior of the building
Ability to complete daily task in a timely fashion
Other duties as assigned
