Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Minimum of two years of experience or technical training in construction, building trades, facility maintenance, or a related field
Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
Ability to safely work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
Ability to climb ladders, work at heights, and lift up to 30 pounds unassisted and 60 pounds with assistance
Ability to successfully complete required background and driving record clearances

Nice To Haves

General knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and facility maintenance
Experience operating hand and power tools
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
Basic computer skills, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong customer service and communication skills
